Power outages in four Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks and combat activity

Power outages are affecting consumers in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Zaporizhzhia oblasts as of the morning of 18 February due to the hostilities and Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities.

Details: The situation in Odesa Oblast remains challenging, as more than 99,000 customers are without electricity after a Russian attack damaged equipment and due to adverse weather conditions.
Repair crews are working around the clock to restore damaged lines, the Ministry of Energy said.
The ministry said rolling power outages are in effect across most regions, while businesses face scheduled power restrictions. Emergency outages have been applied in some regions.
