Russian forces have advanced near the settlements of Shakhove and Zatyshok in Donetsk Oblast.

Background: In early February, the 12th Azov Special Purpose Brigade carried out a wipe-out operation in the village of Zolotyi Kolodiaz in Donetsk Oblast. A total of 18 Russian soldiers were taken prisoner in 24 hours.
