Russian forces attacked the Lozova hromada in Kharkiv Oblast, damaging the community's largest boiler house and water supply facilities. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Zelenskyi reported that the Russian attack has cut power to Lozova's main boiler house, which supplies heat to nearly 16,000 consumers.

Utility workers and power engineers are working to resolve the situation. They are doing everything they can, but the water supply has not yet been restored.
