A law school in Odesa was partially destroyed in Russia's attack on the night of 20-21 February, with its historic building classed as an architectural monument.

Details: Oleksandr Lonchak posted photos showing parts of the building's walls destroyed, windows blown out and the ceiling damaged.

Lonchak said that the first floor suffered the most severe damage. No staff was injured; the security guard was in a shelter at the time of the strike.

The school has 199 students across nine classes and is due to resume in-person lessons on 23 February. The education process will now continue online.

Pavlo Kozlenko said the institution has many joint projects with the school's teachers and students.

Background: Russia launched a large-scale drone attack on the city of Odesa and the surrounding area on the night of 20-21 February. Infrastructure facilities, four residential buildings and an educational institution in the city were damaged. Three people were injured and two were taken to hospital.
