Russian forces have attacked a civilian vehicle in the Shostka hromada in Sumy Oblast, killing two people and injuring one. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: At about 13:30 on 21 February, Russian forces attacked a vehicle carrying civilians in the Shostka hromada.
