Russia's Belgorod reportedly comes under missile attack and has disruptions to electricity, water and heating

Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast, has said that the city of Belgorod and the surrounding district had come under a large-scale Ukrainian missile attack, resulting in disruptions to electricity, water supply and heating.

Quote from Gladkov: "The city of Belgorod and the Belgorod district were subjected to a large-scale missile strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result, there is serious damage to energy infrastructure. There are disruptions to the supply of electricity, water and heating to residents' homes. The full extent of the damage can only be assessed in daylight."
Details: Meanwhile, the Telegram channel Pepel Belgorod reported that the missile strike had targeted the Frunzenskaya power substation near the village of Dragunskoye in the Belgorod district. Following this, electricity was cut off in parts of Belgorod.
