Prominent Ukrainian volunteer Denys Khrystov has been injured in a Russian drone attack on his car.

Details: Khrystov posted a photo of his face covered in blood and said he would be returning on foot.

Denys Khrystov was one of the winners of Ukrainska Pravda's UP100 Awards 2025.

Before the full-scale invasion, he was a well-known media personality and entertainer. After 24 February 2022, his life changed radically. Without holding any official position or making any public announcements, he began travelling to frontline areas to help people in danger.

Over time, his work evolved into a structured effort to evacuate civilians from the most dangerous areas.
