Details: Betsa said Russia and its accomplices will not stop.

Moscow feels a sense of impunity, as it has not yet faced proper consequences for its crimes.

She added that despite peace efforts by the US and European partners, Russia continues to use negotiations as a cover for its war.

Quote: "The Kremlin's position remains unchanged. It wants Ukraine to withdraw from our own sovereign territory to ensure that Russia can occupy it. And this is not a matter of negotiating red lines. Sovereignty and territorial integrity is a key founding principle of the UN charter."

Details: Betsa stressed that Ukraine's goal is a "comprehensive, just and lasting peace based on UN charter international law, where every state can be certain that sovereignty is respected, its people are safe and aggression and aggressor are punished."

Background: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said the UN General Assembly had adopted a resolution entitled "Support for lasting peace in Ukraine" with 107 votes in favour to mark the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion.
