Large-scale Russian attack leaves parts of six Ukrainian oblasts without power

Parts of Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava and Kharkiv oblasts have remained without electricity as of 26 February following a Russian combined large-scale attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
