Woman injured, energy facilities and 40 houses damaged in Russian attack on Vinnytsia Oblast – photos

A woman was injured in a Russian attack on Vinnytsia Oblast on the night of 25-26 February, which damaged energy facilities and nearly 40 residential buildings.

Zabolotna said that energy facilities were damaged, but the attack did not cause power cuts in the oblast.
She added that scheduled outages are applied at a level of two and a half queues. [A "queue" is a group of consumers and businesses using a specific amount of megawatts. The Dispatch Centre sets the number of queues needed across oblasts to address energy deficit – ed.]
Background:
- Russia launched an attack on the night of 25-26 February using two Tsirkon (Zircon) anti-ship missiles, ballistic missiles, air-launched missiles and strike drones. Ukrainian air defence downed 406 out of 459 Russian aerial assets.
- Five ballistic missiles and 46 strike UAVs hit targets at 32 locations. Debris from downed targets fell at 15 locations.
