Details: The brigade said drone pilots from the RV unit from the Third Mechanised Battalion recorded Russian forces striking residential buildings in Kostiantynivka using white phosphorus munitions.

After the white phosphorus attack, Russia hit the city with a FAB-1500 aerial bomb.

The Ukrainian military said official figures show that about 2,000 civilians remain in Kostiantynivka. They added that Russian forces continue to attack the city and are using first-person view (FPV) drones.

The brigade also released a photo of a local resident who was killed by a Russian FPV drone while trying to leave the city by bicycle. The Ukrainian military said the Russian UAV operator could see that he was a civilian.
