Transport and energy infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of a Russian attack on Odesa Oblast on 4 March.

Quote from Kiper: "Four people were injured: two men aged 47 and 62, and two children – an 11-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.

One of the adults is in a serious condition, according to doctors, while the other injured are in a moderate condition. All are receiving the necessary medical assistance in full."

Details: In addition, the attack damaged an administrative building, a road and a vehicle.

Kiper added that all emergency services are working at the scene. Law enforcement agencies are documenting yet another war crime committed by Russia against the civilian population.

Background:

  • Since the beginning of March, the Russians have conducted 18 UAV and FPV drone strikes on railway infrastructure – an average of six per day.
  • On the morning of 4 March, a Russian drone struck an empty train that had arrived for maintenance in Mykolaiv Oblast.
