The governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast has said that energy facilities in the city of Belgorod and the surrounding district were hit by a missile strike on the night of 7-8 March, causing disruptions to electricity, water and heating supplies.

Details: The strike reportedly hit the Belgorod power substation on Storozhevaya Street and the Frunzenskaya power substation near the village of Dragunskoye.
