Authorities in Belgorod say missile strike hits substations, leaving parts of city without power and water – video

The governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast has said that energy facilities in the city of Belgorod and the surrounding district were hit by a missile strike on the night of 7-8 March, causing disruptions to electricity, water and heating supplies.

Details: The strike reportedly hit the Belgorod power substation on Storozhevaya Street and the Frunzenskaya power substation near the village of Dragunskoye.

Video published on Russian channels shows a blackout occurring, strikes on the substation and bright flashes during the explosions.
