Speaking to journalists, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine carried out the strikes on Bryansk Oblast.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi called me and told me about a successful operation that had just taken place. The Bryansk plant was hit. This plant manufactured control systems for all types of missiles of the Russian Federation."
