Russians attack civilians in Nikopol as part of drone training, Ukraine's interior minister says

Ukraine's Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko has said Russian forces are carrying out basic combined military training less than 10 km from the city of Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and launching drones at civilians in the course of their training.
Source: Interfax-Ukraine, a Ukrainian news agency, citing Klymenko during a press conference on Wednesday 11 March
Quote: "Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast is under constant attack. It's less than 10 km from the UAV launch point. There is information that during their basic combined military training, the Russians are also training [troops] to launch drones – at civilians."
Details: Klymenko said the Russians use drones and artillery in separate attacks.
He said the town of Semenivka in Chernihiv Oblast is also being heavily attacked.
Quote: "This is the northernmost district centre in Ukraine. The Russians are destroying everything within a 20-km zone. Almost all the border settlements are in ruins. All the local government buildings were destroyed to ensure that the authorities could not work properly."
