Details: Released photos show that the nighttime attack shattered a large number of windows in one of the institutions.

"When schools and kindergartens are under attack, it is an attempt not to just disrupt the educational process and deprive children of the basic right to education. This is an attempt to intimidate parents, to sow disbelief in safety, in the future, in the very possibility of normal life," said Oksen Lisovyi, Ukraine's Minister of Education and Science.
