People injured, power outages and devastation recorded after Russian guided bomb attack on Kharkiv Oblast
Russian forces conducted a large-scale strike using guided bombs on the Izium hromada in Kharkiv Oblast on the evening of 20 March, resulting in injuries, power outages and damage to residential buildings.
