People injured, power outages and devastation recorded after Russian guided bomb attack on Kharkiv Oblast

Russian forces conducted a large-scale strike using guided bombs on the Izium hromada in Kharkiv Oblast on the evening of 20 March, resulting in injuries, power outages and damage to residential buildings. Details: A guided bomb strike was reported near the Verkhnie Selyshche district in Izium.

Background: Earlier on 20 March, a man was killed in Kharkiv Oblast as a result of a grenade explosion, while a woman lost both of her lower limbs.
