Russians strike emergency workers during operations in Sumy

Russian forces attacked emergency workers in the city of Sumy while they were working on the night of 21-22 March, damaging a fire engine.

Details: The emergency workers were conducting another inspection of the area after a previous Russian strike.

At the moment when they had finished their work, the Russians carried out a repeat strike near a fire water bowser.

The personnel reacted in time and moved to a safe place, and there were no injuries.

Background: On the night of 21-22 March, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 139 UAVs. Ukrainian air defence forces shot down or jammed 127 drones.
