One person has been killed and another injured in a Russian attack on Odesa Oblast.

Details: Russian forces struck a residential area in the Izmail district in the evening. A house was destroyed and a fire broke out as a result of the attack.

Quote: "Six nearby residential buildings were also damaged. Firefighters extinguished the blaze.

Early reports indicated that one person had been killed and one person injured."
