Civilian killed in Russian drone attack on Sumy Oblast

A man has been killed and another civilian injured in Sumy Oblast in a Russian drone strike.

Details: Hryhorov reported that two civilians were injured in a strike on Mykolaivska rural hromada. Sadly, one of them, a 54-year-old man, died in hospital from his injuries. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

The attack took place on Thursday at around 16:00.

The aftermath of the strike and the condition of the second man are being established.

Background: Thirteen people were injured in Russian attacks in Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Donetsk oblasts on 25 March.
