Ukrainian forces used FP-5 Flamingo missiles to strike the Promsintez plant in the city of Chapayevsk in Russia's Samara Oblast.

Details: The General Staff said the plant produces explosive components used to equip munitions, including bombs and missiles.
The General Staff confirmed the hit on the facility followed by an explosion in the production area.
Background: Drones struck one of Russia's largest oil refineries on the night of 27-28 March.
