Ukraine's chief negotiator remains in Middle East for further important meetings

Rustem Umierov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council (NSDC), has remained in the Middle East and will hold further meetings.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "We've been in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Jordan, and we've been in contact with other states. NSDC Secretary Rustem Umierov is still there, and we will have meetings with several more representatives."

Details: The NSDC press service told Ukrainska Pravda that, as instructed by the Ukrainian president, Umierov is continuing his work in the Middle East. His task is to ensure the practical implementation of the agreements signed and to establish effective interaction with Ukraine's partners at the level of the relevant military and technical agencies, the NSDC added.
