Electricity consumption in Ukraine is increasing. As of 09:30 on 1 April, it was 1.2% higher than at the same time the previous day, Tuesday.

Quote from Ukrenergo: "The reason is the onset of overcast weather across all regions of Ukraine. This reduces the efficiency of domestic solar power stations and leads to a corresponding increase in energy consumption from the national grid. Given the weather conditions, all regions today need to consume energy efficiently throughout the day."

Background: On Wednesday 1 April, power limitation schedules for industrial consumers are in effect across all regions of Ukraine.
