The Russians have been tasked with capturing major cities on the Pokrovsk front by the end of April, but they do not have sufficient forces to do so, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

Quote: "This entire front – Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka – they want this by the end of April; that is their task… This is impossible. As of today, they do not have the forces for this."

Details: Zelenskyy said the situation on the Pokrovsk front remains difficult but is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "It's very tough, but we're holding our positions," he added.
