Quote: "The situation in Kostiantynivka is the most difficult. Right now, there are still 2,500 people in the Kostiantynivka hromada, and it is almost impossible to reach them because all access roads are under the enemy's attacks."

Details: Filashkin said that it is only thanks to the Ukrainian military that humanitarian aid, drinking water and medicines can still be delivered there.

Quote: "And our defenders, only they can evacuate those people who want to leave the city of Kostiantynivka. But unfortunately, neither police units nor the authorities are able to enter Kostiantynivka... It is only possible to go in on foot, but the enemy controls all movement and keeps the area under drone surveillance."

More details: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported as of 16:00 on 15 April that Russian forces carried out 11 attacks on the Kostiantynivka front.

Background: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the honorary distinction Hero City of Ukraine to Kostiantynivka.
