Details: This is already the seventh such mission; the previous one took place earlier this year.

The team will visit 14 electrical substations.

According to Shmyhal, Russia attempted to destroy these substations during the winter, jeopardising the stable operation of nuclear power plants and nuclear safety in Europe.

For reference: The International Atomic Energy Agency is the leading international intergovernmental organisation established to promote the safe and peaceful use of nuclear technologies.

It operates under the auspices of the United Nations and is headquartered in Vienna.

Background: On 14 April, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant lost external power supply for the 13th time since the start of the full-scale war.
