Russia attacks Kyiv Oblast again: kindergarten catches fire, houses damaged – photos

Russian forces have attacked Kyiv Oblast overnight, damaging residential buildings and educational facilities.

Quote: "An enemy attack has damaged a kindergarten in the Fastiv district, causing a fire on the roof. Windows were shattered in a nearby four-storey residential building. Two houses were also damaged."

Details: Kyiv Oblast Military Administration reported that no casualties had been recorded among local residents.

Emergency services are working at the scene to deal with the aftermath of the attack and document the damage caused.

Background: An air-raid warning was issued in the city of Kyiv and several Ukrainian oblasts because of an attack by Russian drones on the night of 11-12 May. Damage to civilian infrastructure was reported in Kyiv and Dnipro.
