Russia attacks Rivne Oblast: residential building hit, three people killed
Russian forces struck a residential building in Rivne Oblast during an aerial attack on 13 May, killing three people and injuring four others.

Quote: "An aerial attack on Rivne Oblast is ongoing. Civilian infrastructure has been hit, namely a residential building. Early reports indicate that two people have been killed and four injured. The enemy continues attacking the oblast."
Details: Later, Koval reported that the death toll had risen to three.
Quote: "It has become known that another person was killed as a result of the aerial attack on Rivne Oblast. Thus, three fatalities are currently confirmed."
Details: Koval also urged residents of the oblast to remain in shelters, as the air-raid warning remains in effect.
Background: Earlier on 13 May, a 76-year-old man was killed in a Russian guided aerial bomb attack on the Zaporizhzhia district.
