Russians destroy office of Ukrainian defence company
The Kyiv office of Skyeton, a Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems, was destroyed during the combined Russian attack on the night of 13-14 May.

Quote from the company: "As a result of today's Russian attack, our Kyiv office was destroyed. We understood that sooner or later Skyeton would become a target for the Russians, so we were prepared for this and relocated our production facilities to different parts of our country and abroad."
Details: The company said it would continue operating and supplying drone technologies to Ukraine's defence forces.
Skyeton, founded in 2006, specialises in reconnaissance UAVs. According to DOU.ua, the company supplies drones to Ukraine's defence forces, manufactures products abroad, holds NATO-standard certification and develops solutions resistant to electronic warfare.
In July 2025, Skyeton merged with British defence company Prevail Partners to establish a joint venture in the United Kingdom.
The company also began producing Raybird drones in Slovakia through its subsidiary Tropozond s.r.o. In addition, Skyeton previously signed an agreement with Danish company Quadsat to develop electromagnetic surveillance systems.
Background:
- Russia launched a large-scale combined strike on Ukraine on the night of 13-14 May, damaging businesses, critical infrastructure, energy facilities and private property.
- As of the morning of 14 May, some consumers in Kyiv and 11 oblasts remained without electricity following attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.
- In Kyiv, a missile and drone strike damaged a power substation and a high-voltage power line.
