Details: Filashkin urged residents of Donetsk Oblast to install the Air-Raid Warning app and not ignore notifications of danger.
He said this is currently the fastest way to receive information about incoming aerial threats. The app sends critical alerts at maximum volume.
Filashkin noted that an additional Non-Standard Warning function is already operational for people in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk.
Quote from Filashkin: "In the event of approaching aerial targets, users will receive a separate warning – this gives a few extra minutes to find shelter and save lives."
Details: Sources told Ukrainska Pravda that there is usually a 3-5-minute gap between reports of a guided aerial bomb threat appearing on monitoring Telegram channels and the strike itself.
Background: On the morning of 19 May, at least six people were injured as a result of a Russian FAB-250 strike on the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast.
