Russians present new KUB-10ME loitering munition – photos
Russia has unveiled the KUB-10ME tactical-level loitering munition. The device has a claimed flight range of more than 100 km.

Details: The company described the development as an improved version of the KUB drone. The upgraded loitering munition is fitted with an electro-optical guidance system that allows it to strike moving targets, as well as improved protection against electronic warfare and air defence systems.

More details: The Russians say the KUB-10ME can operate at altitudes of 80 to 1,800 metres and has a cruising speed of 120 km/h. The concern claims the munition can carry out missions by day and night, in wind gusts of up to 10 metres per second and in temperatures ranging from minus 30 degrees Celsius to plus 40 degrees Celsius.
The company claims the new loitering munition is designed to strike military equipment, command posts, electronic warfare and air defence systems, as well as aircraft and helicopters at their bases.
