Details: On 23 June, the PM announced that she would head the Ukrainian delegation at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC-2026) in Gdańsk, where President Zelenskyy had initially been expected to attend.

"I will lead the Ukrainian delegation and oversee our overall work at URC-2026 in Gdańsk. The Ukrainian team at the Conference will include representatives of Ukrainian businesses, heads of state-owned companies, representatives of our communities from across the country, and, of course, government officials and members of parliament. There will be numerous events at various levels aimed at strengthening Ukraine, Poland, all our partners, and Europe," she said.

Svyrydenko said Ukraine expects the conference to produce concrete agreements that will enhance the country's defence capabilities and resilience, while also expanding economic cooperation with international partners.

A number of important agreements with partners are expected to be signed during the event, including in the energy sector.
