Russia's Saratov refinery ablaze due to Ukrainian strikes – videos

Fighters from Defence Intelligence of Ukraine successfully struck the Saratov oil refinery in Russia on the night of 7-8 July as part of a joint deep strike (long-range) operation with the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Security Service, the State Border Guard Service and other components of Ukraine's defence forces.

Details: According to intelligence, a fire has been reported at the facility.

The plant is listed among Russia's key refineries and continuously supplies fuel to the Russian armed forces.

Background: The local authorities in Russia and online channels reported that on the night of 7-8 July, drones struck the Russian cities of Saratov and Borisoglebsk, where fires broke out, including at a refinery.
