Part of Kherson was left without electricity following a Russian attack on the morning of 9 July, which damaged a power transmission line.

Details: According to the city administration, experts are assessing the extent of the damage. Emergency crews have begun repairing the infrastructure.
Temporary rolling power outages may be introduced in Kherson's Tsentralnyi (Central) district while repair work is underway.
Background: Earlier on 9 July, Russian forces struck a civilian car in Kherson with a drone, killing two civilians.
