11 July Russian strike on Sumy: number of people injured rises to 43, five in critical condition

The number of people injured in the Russian guided aerial bomb attack on Sumy on 11 July has risen to 43. Five people have been killed in the strike, while five remain in a critical condition.

Quote: "Five civilians have been killed in the strike involving three guided aerial bombs. A total of 43 people have now sought medical help, and five of them remain in a critical condition."

Details: Hryhorov said the blast wave had shattered hundreds of windows and balcony frames in apartment blocks and nearby buildings. Dozens of cars were also damaged or destroyed.

  • Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in Sumy's Zarichnyi district with three guided aerial bombs on 11 July.
