Odesa declares 16 July day of mourning for people killed in Russian attack
Odesa has declared 16 July a day of mourning for the three people killed in the Russian missile attack on the city on 15 July.

Details: "16 July has been declared a day of mourning in Odesa to honour the memory of those killed in the enemy attack on the city on 15 July," the Telegram channel reported.
Ukrainian national flags and Odesa city flags on public buildings will be flown at half-mast with black ribbons. Businesses, institutions and organisations have also been advised to limit the use of music and refrain from holding entertainment events.
According to Kiper, the number of people injured in the missile attack has risen to eight.
Four of them have been hospitalised, with two in a moderate condition. The others received outpatient treatment.
Residential buildings were also damaged, and emergency services are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
