Russian forces strike houses in Kharkiv Oblast with cluster munitions
Russian forces have launched a cluster munition strike on the town of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: Starikov reported that one person had been killed and eight.
He said Russian forces had launched cluster munitions from a multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) at around 19:00, targeting a densely populated neighbourhood of two-storey apartment buildings.
More than 10 residential buildings were damaged.
Background: Russian forces attacked the city of Sumy on the evening of 20 July, damaging a high-rise residential building and a shopping centre. Two adults and four children were injured.
