Ukrainian and Polish foreign ministers discuss food security risks from Russian attacks in Black Sea

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and his Polish counterpart Radosław Sikorski have discussed Russia's latest attacks on Ukrainian cities and civilian vessels in the Black Sea during a phone call, stressing the need to increase pressure on Moscow.

Details: The Ukrainian foreign minister said he has had "a good conversation with my Polish friend" Radosław Sikorski.

Quote: "We discussed Russia's intensified attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea and the implications of this terror for global food security. We also spoke about Ukraine's EU path. I thanked Radek for Poland's support in opening Clusters 1 and 6. We both welcomed the adoption of the 21st package of sanctions against Russia – a decision we have been waiting for."

Details: Sybiha also briefed Sikorski on Russia's latest large-scale attack on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
