Details: "We effectively have no undamaged power stations left, many railway stations have been destroyed, as have hospitals, universities and ordinary civilian businesses," Zelenskyy said.
The president stressed separately that there is not a single intact thermal power plant in Ukraine due to Russian strikes.
"Russian missiles are aimed precisely at making the lives of Ukrainians unbearable," he added.
Background: In January, Ukraine's Energy Minister stated that there was not a single power plant in Ukraine that had not been subjected to Russian strikes. He pointed out that Russia had carried out over 700 targeted attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure since the start of the full-scale invasion.
