Ukrainian online marketplace Rozetka cuts jobs after Russian strike on its largest warehouse
Rozetka, a Ukrainian online marketplace, has been forced to cut part of its workforce because of losses the company suffered as a result of Russian attacks.

Details: Chechotkina said the aftermath of the attack had a significant impact on the company's operations.
Quote: "What are we doing now? Holding out. Going through an accelerated transformation of the business model we had planned to integrate gradually: a significant reduction in the share of our own sales and the development of the marketplace.
Sadly, we are forced to optimise our workforce and yes, this is personally painful for me. The cuts will affect some departments."
More details: More than 1,000 employees worked at the facility in the town of Brovary destroyed by Russia.
The company plans to move most of those employees to other warehouses and help find them new roles. Chechotkina said, however, that in the current circumstances it will not be possible to offer alternative jobs to everyone.
Quote: "I read somewhere that the state is helping us revive the business. In 21 years of operation, we have never received anything from the state and never asked it for anything."
More details: Chechotkina added that businesses need dialogue with the state "more than ever".
