Details: DIU reported that the cyberattack disrupted the company's main remote customer service channel, partially destabilised its payment infrastructure and increased the load on its contact centres.

DIU also reported mass complaints from Wildberries users, including about being unable to make financial payments.

DIU said the cyberattack was intended to reinforce the effect of previous strikes by Ukraine's defence forces on Wildberries facilities in Russia.
