Ukraine's defence forces repel 244 Russian attacks on battlefield over past day
Ukrainian forces continue to hold back the Russians across the entire line of contact, with a total of 244 combat clashes occurring on the battlefield over the past day, most of them on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka fronts.

Details: On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 Russian attacks. Meanwhile, the Russians launched three airstrikes, dropping nine guided bombs, and conducted 64 strikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements, including nine from multiple-launch rocket systems.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, Ukrainian forces repelled seven Russian attacks near the city of Vovchansk and towards Bochkovе, Lyman, Izbytske, Nesterne and Volokhivka.
On the Kupiansk front, five Russian offensive actions were recorded towards the settlements of Radkivka and Petrivka.
On the Lyman front, the Russians conducted two attacks near the settlements of Zarichne and Novoselivka.
On the Sloviansk front, 17 Russian attacks were recorded near the settlements of Riznykivka, Kryva Luka and Zakitne and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka and Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians conducted five offensive actions near the village of Minkivka and towards Yurkivka.
On the Kostiantynivka front, 27 Russian attacks were recorded near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Sofiivka and Rusyn Yar and towards Vilne, Kucheriv Yar and Novopavlivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, 34 Russian attacks were recorded near the settlements of Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and Novomykolaivka and towards the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Hannivka, Shevchenko, Bilytske, Novohryshyne, Myrne, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Svitle and Filiia.
On the Oleksandrivka front, the Russians conducted one attack towards the settlement of Novе Zaporizhzhia.
On the Huliaipole front, the Russians conducted 11 attacks towards the settlements of Rivne, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Hirke and Charivne and near Zaliznychne.
On the Orikhiv front, Ukrainian forces stopped four attempts by the Russians to advance towards the settlements of Prymorske and Lukianivske and near Plavni.
On the Prydniprovske front, one combat clash with the Russians took place.
"Ukraine's Air Force and Rocket Forces and Artillery struck two command posts, two clusters of Russian troops, two artillery systems, one air defence system and five UAV ground control stations over the past day," the General Staff said.
