Zelenskyy: Ukraine hits 16 targets in Russia in one day, including missile unit and airfields

Ukrainian forces have struck 16 targets in Russia over the past day, particularly oil infrastructure, airfields, a missile unit, a military facility and logistics sites used by Russia to wage its war against Ukraine.

Quote: "Over the past day, our warriors imposed sanctions on 16 targets in Russia. In particular, there were long-range responses against oil facilities – Russia's oil wallet that finances the war. They also struck airfields, a missile unit, and infrastructure that is constantly used to launch attacks against Ukraine."

Details: Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces have also struck a Russian military facility and logistics sites.

The president stressed that Ukraine is responding to Russian strikes in order to increase the cost of the war for Russia.
