Russian attacks kill 2 people in Nikopol district

Two people were killed and another was injured in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast during the day on 26 August.

Quote from Hanzha: "The enemy attacked four districts of the oblast more than 40 times with drones, artillery and aerial bombs. In the Nikopol district... two people were killed – a 71-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man. A 59-year-old man was injured. He is receiving outpatient treatment."

Details: An apartment block, a house and a car were damaged in the district.

The Vasylkivka and Mykolaivka hromadas in the Synelnykove district came under attack. There, the Russians destroyed a house, a service building and a car and damaged around 20 homes, a farm, agricultural machinery and vehicles. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

In the Bohdanivka hromada in the Pavlohrad district, fires broke out and a business was damaged as a result of the attacks. In the Zelenodolsk hromada in the Kryvyi Rih district, a home was sustained damage.

Background: It was reported earlier that the Russians killed two miners in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of 25-26 August.
