Russia destroys another distribution centre serving Avrora retail chain in Kyiv Oblast

A distribution centre of the Aurora multimarket chain in Kyiv Oblast was destroyed in a Russian attack on the morning of 27 August. No employees have been injured.

Details: "The most important thing is that, thanks to the prompt response and compliance with safety rules, none of our employees have been injured," Panasenko wrote.

The company has not yet disclosed the extent of the damage or the possible impact of the centre's destruction on the operation of its stores.

This is already the second attack on Aurora's distribution centres in less than a week.

Background: On 22 August, Russia attacked an Aurora distribution centre in Poltava Oblast. Russian forces launched a repeat strike on the facility while emergency services were working there. The warehouses were destroyed and State Emergency Service vehicles were damaged.
