EU and its partners to discuss Ukraine's preparations for winter, which could be "the worst ever"

Marta Kos, European Commissioner for Enlargement, has announced that future assistance to Ukraine in preparing for winter will be discussed with representatives from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Canada during an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Wicklow, Ireland, on 2 September.
