Ukraine's Mahuchikh becomes first-ever absolute world champion in high jump
Ukrainian Yaroslava Mahuchikh has won the women's high jump competition at the first-ever World Athletics Ultimate Championship in Budapest.

Details: Mahuchikh cleared 1.99 m, which was enough to win the gold medal.
Australia's Nicola Olyslagers finished second. She was the only athlete to remain in the competition alongside Mahuchikh, but she failed to clear this height.
After securing the victory, Mahuchikh went on to set the bar at 2.04 m.
