Russian forces have launched a missile attack on the city of Odesa on the morning of 12 September. A high-rise residential building has been damaged and 12 people have been injured.

Quote: "The enemy attacked the city. A high-rise residential building has been damaged. Early reports indicate that three people have been injured."
Details: At around 05:30, the Air Force reported that Russian cruise missiles were heading from the Black Sea towards Odesa.

Update: As of 07:48, the number of people injured had risen to 12.
Background:
- On the night of 11-12 September, Russian forces attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia with drones. Two people were killed when a drone hit a residential area, while others were injured and buildings were damaged.
- That same night, Russian forces attacked the city of Kryvyi Rih with ballistic missiles from several directions. One person was killed and two injured when an industrial facility was struck.
- A Russian attack on Dnipro caused a fire at an industrial facility. No casualties were reported.
