Zelenskyy says he is willing to meet Putin at G20 summit in Miami

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he would travel to Miami for the G20 summit scheduled for December if Russian leader Vladimir Putin were to attend.

Asked whether he would be willing to go there to meet Putin, Zelenskyy answered in the affirmative.

We have to meet, to speak and make decisions."

Details: Zelenskyy stressed that what matters to him is not the words exchanged during a possible conversation with Putin, but the outcome.

Quote: "It's not about words. What I will tell him or what he wants to tell me, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. [...] Results matter. That's it."

Background: Zelenskyy said he expects to meet a US delegation at the end of September, when Ukraine will raise issues related to energy and food security.
