Russians attack Rivne Oblast, causing power outages

Part of the city of Dubno in Rivne Oblast has been left without electricity as a result of Russian attacks on 12 September. Power outages have also been reported in the Rivne district.

Details: No casualties were reported as a result of the attacks.

An air-raid warning is ongoing in three districts of the oblast.
